Ajendra Variya (Gujarati: અજેન્‍દ્ર વરિયા; Hindi: अजेंद्र वरिया);(born c. 2002), better known online as Total Gaming or Ajju Bhai, is an Indian gaming YouTuber and internet personality. He is known for creating gameplay videos and live streams focused primarily on Garena Free Fire. As of June 2025, he is the most-subscribed Indian gaming creator on YouTube, with over 45 million subscribers.[1][2]

Early Life

Ajendra Variya was born in Surat, Gujarat, India. He started his career in the tech industry as a self-taught programmer, working with PHP and JavaScript. He briefly pursued a diploma in information technology but dropped out in the first year to focus on freelancing and later gaming.[3]

YouTube Career

Ajendra launched his YouTube channel, Total Gaming, on 9 October 2018 and uploaded his first video in December of that year. His engaging gameplay, Hindi commentary, and focus on battle royale games such as Free Fire, GTA V, and Call of Duty helped him amass a large following in India. Following the ban of PUBG Mobile in India, his Free Fire content grew significantly in popularity.[4][5]

Face Reveal

On 30 December 2023, Ajju Bhai publicly revealed his face in a video titled AJJUBHAI FACE REVEAL. The video was produced in collaboration with Intel and quickly became one of the most-watched Indian face reveal events on YouTube.[6]

Esports and Other Work

In 2020, Total Gaming launched a professional esports team for Free Fire, which participated in several international tournaments before disbanding in 2022. Outside of gaming, he continues to work as a freelance software engineer and growth hacker.[7][8]

Awards and recognition

On 7 June 2025, Ajendra "Ajju Bhai" Variya, popularly known as Total Gaming, was awarded the Creator of the Year at the Free Fire MAX Booyah Awards 2025. The award ceremony was held at the Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan in Kolkata and organized by Garena India. Total Gaming was selected as the winner from five prominent nominees in the creator category.[9][10]

According to public estimates, Total Gaming’s net worth is approximately US$3 million as of 2025. He earns through YouTube ad revenue, brand sponsorships, and Instagram promotions.

Legacy
