Jonathan Gaming, whose real name is Jonathan Jude Amaral (born 21 September 2002), is an Indian YouTuber and professional esports player known for Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) and PUBG Mobile content. He began his professional playing career in 2019 and rose to prominence with Entity Gaming. His YouTube channel has 7.6 million subscribers and 747.47 million views as of 28 March 2026.

Early life and education

Jonathan Jude Amaral was born on 21 September 2002 in Verna, Goa, India, to parents Jude Amaral and Leticia Amaral.[1]

Career

Amaral began his professional esports career with Entity Gaming in 2019; the team's victory at the PUBG Mobile Club Open 2019 Fall Split: South Asia was his breakout moment.[2] In 2020 he joined TSM Entity following the partnership between TSM and Entity's Indian roster, winning the PUBG Mobile India Series 2020 and placing sixth at the PUBG Mobile World League 2020: East.[3] After the PUBG Mobile ban in India, he moved with the roster to GodLike Esports in 2021, winning the Skyesports Championship 3.0 and LOCO War of Glory in 2021, finishing runner-up at the BGMI Masters Series Season 1 in 2022, and placing 13th at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2021 Grand Finals.[4] He remained with GodLike through 2026, finishing runner-up at the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2025 and fifth at the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series 2026, and now plays for Team Apex Gaming; his YouTube channel has 7.6 million subscribers and 747.47 million views as of 28 March 2026.[5]
