Saaniya Chandok
Saaniya Chandok (born c. 2000) is an Indian entrepreneur, veterinary technician, and businesswoman. She is the founder and director of Mr. Paws Pet Spa & Store LLP, a premium pet grooming and retail brand based in Mumbai. Chandok comes from a prominent business family and gained wider public recognition in August 2025 following her engagement to cricketer Arjun Tendulkar, son of Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.[1][2][3]

Early Life and Education
Saaniya Chandok was born and raised in Mumbai, India. She is the granddaughter of Ravi Ghai, a prominent industrialist and chairman of the Graviss Group, a conglomerate with interests in hospitality and food and beverage sectors. The family owns notable assets including the InterContinental Marine Drive hotel in Mumbai, the Brooklyn Creamery ice cream brand, and Kwality ice creams. Her family has been involved in a reported inter-family feud over ownership of the InterContinental hotel.[4][5]
She graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2020 with a degree in business management. In late 2024, she earned a Veterinary Technician certification through the Animal Behavior College (ABC) program offered by the Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS).[6]
Career
Saaniya Chandok is the founder, designated partner, and director of Mr. Paws Pet Spa & Store LLP, a Mumbai-based company specializing in pet nutrition, welfare, and luxury grooming services. The brand offers advanced treatments such as Korean Microbubbles therapy and CO2 Japanese hydrotherapy for dogs and cats, and operates two stores in Mumbai. She has expressed a deep passion for animals, owning three pet dogs herself.[7][8][9][10]
