He did not set out to become a professional gamer. In the beginning he played PUBG Mobile purely
for fun, with friends and cousins gathering at his house for team deathmatch games.<ref>https://www.sportskeeda.com/bgmi/news-despite-upcoming-release-pubg-new-state-love-battlegrounds-mobile-india-will-never-fade-jonathan-amaral</ref>
Gradually he fell in love with the game, dug deeper into its mechanics, and discovered the world
of esports. As he later recalled, it was the trophies and the massive prize pools that truly drew
him in — he told himself he had to make something of himself in the game.<ref>https://www.sportskeeda.com/bgmi/news-despite-upcoming-release-pubg-new-state-love-battlegrounds-mobile-india-will-never-fade-jonathan-amaral</ref>
