Gaurav Chaudhary was born on 7 May 1991 in Ajmer, Rajasthan, into a Hindu family. He completed his schooling at a Kendriya Vidyalaya and later moved to Dubai in 2012 to pursue a degree in Microelectronics from BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus.
Career
Gaurav launched his tech YouTube channel, Technical Guruji, in October 2015, aiming to demystify technology for Hindi-speaking users. The channel gained rapid popularity for its product reviews, unboxing videos, and how-to tech guides.
Chaudhary was inspired and supported by a fellow YouTuber and school senior who ran the channel "Sharmaji Technical".[3] In 2017, he expanded his content by launching a second channel titled Gaurav Chaudhary, focused on his personal life and lifestyle content.
By September 2018, Technical Guruji had become the 9th most-subscribed tech channel globally. In November of the same year, he became the first technology YouTuber to surpass 10 million subscribers worldwide.
